AJGS provides operation, maintenance, and repair of the wastewater treatment plant and collection systems and the operation, maintenance, and repair of the potable water system. The wastewater treatment plant, associated collection systems and the potable water system are all located at Mill Creek recreation area.

• AJGS provides custodial maintenance ensuring a clean and sanitary environment in all common usage areas and specified environmentally challenged laboratories including offices, conference rooms, laboratories, showers, locker rooms, restrooms, exterior smoking areas, passageways, entrances, lobbies, foyers, vestibules, landings, stairs and stairwells, boiler room, electrical rooms, storage areas, class rooms, and computer rooms, all HVAC machinery spaces, and NMR loft storage rooms, loading dock, three elevators, patio area, break-out areas, kitchen area, and breezeways.
